  • Arkansas 4-H Alumni Family of the Year

    The Arkansas 4-H Alumni Family of the Year designation is presented annually at Arkansas 4-H Alumni Day which is the 1st Saturday in August at the C. A. Vines Arkansas 4-H Center. The selected family will be given an engraved brick in the 4-H Memory Walk at the 4-H Center.

    The purpose of this award is to recognize a 4-H family that has demonstrated support of the 4-H program through generations by giving of their time, unique talents, and enthusiasm for 4-H.

    Criteria:

    At least one person in the family must be currently enrolled in Arkansas 4-H as a 4-H member, adult volunteer, or serving on a county, district or state foundation or board.

    A family is defined as any combination of immediate and/or extended family members - parents and children, grandparents, siblings, cousins, etc.

    In order to nominate someone to be named an Arkansas 4-H Family of the year, please complete the nomination form and submit it by April 20th.
